Duties of Club’s Representative to the Mid-Sussex League
As per the detailed instructions issued by the Results Secretary
- Ensuring that all players are properly registered on Play-Cricket

AGM – To be held no later than October 31st
SGM – Any such called (See Constitution item 4. b))
NB £20.00 fine if team not represented. (£20.00 extra each consecutive offence)
League Subscription: £50.00 per team
To be paid to the Treasurer at least 7 days prior to the commencement of the season.

All fines incurred in a season must be paid by 30th September that year. Failure to do so will mean a team will be penalised, 3 points for every £ owed as at 30th September, so that team will begin the next season with a negative points tally. (See also Membership Rule 3.b)).
- Check and Update Club Directory Information
Entries on Club Directory forms (downloadable from here) should be checked, updated and returned to the Website Administrator when any information changes.
This can be done at any time throughout the year.
- League Presentation Dinner Liaison
The Club Representative is responsible for ensuring that the Dinner Organiser is aware of your club’s ticket requirements and payment.
A minimum of two tickets per team must be paid for regardless of attendance or non-attendance.
The Club Representative is responsible for ensuring that all trophies, whether team or individual, won by their club the previous season are returned on time.
Failure to return trophies won the previous season to the League on or by 31st July will incur a fine of £20.00.
Trophies may be returned to the H.J. Stoner shop or any Executive Committee member, whichever is the most convenient.
- Ensure that your club meets ECB requirements
a) All clubs must have Public Liability Cover.
b) All clubs must have a Welfare Officer appointed with a valid CRB check.
